Our Doctors

At Boulder Plastic Surgery, we specialize in minimally-invasive procedures with as little downtime as possible, and we have two amazing doctors to help you through every step of the process. Dr. Kuisle has been practicing medicine since 1984, having received his B.A. from the University of Iowa and his M.D. from Northwestern University. He served a five-year general surgery residency in Dallas, Texas, where he then served an additional two-year residency in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. His specialties include cosmetic plastic surgery and skin cancer, as well as the reconstruction of deformities.

Dr. Hartley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from Emory University. He completed both his general surgery training and his plastic surgery training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, which is one of the most prestigious programs in the country. He served additional fellowship training in aesthetic surgery in Melbourne, Australia and another fellowship in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery in Nashville, Tennessee. His specialties include abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and body contouring.
