Kimberly Paxton
Kimberly is Boulder Plastic Surgery’s Practice Administrator, she keeps the office happy and the atmosphere professional and lighthearted. Kimberly is the biggest sports fan in the office and adores spending time with her family and pets at their mountain home.
Bethany Mason
Bethany is our Insurance Coordinator for our practice. She has been taking care of our patients since 2014. Bethany loves spending time with her husband, her many pets at home and riding horses. In her free time you will find her renovating her property in hopes to house all the farm animals, and then some.
Ciara Cathey
Ciara is our Patient Care Coordinator and has been with the practice since 2018. As a Colorado native, she is a huge Rockies fan, #1 Swiftie, who loves traveling and spending time with her husband and dogs. Her other passions include amateur botany, drinking Diet Dr. Pepper and fish doctoring.
Summer Lee
Summer is Dr. Hartley’s Registered Nurse, joining us in 2016. She spent the previous seven years as a medical/surgical nurse before our practice was lucky enough to land her! Her sweet nature and lively sense of humor compliments our team. She enjoys live music, spending time with family, her husband Paul, and outdoor activities with her dogs Gidget, Skippyjon-Jones and Muppet.
Lana Haase
Lana is our treasured LPN and has been with our practice since 2019. She enjoys working with all of the doctors in the office. She loves cooking, spending time with her husband and family as well as going on hikes with her dogs, Butter and Wilbur.
Anglea Grimsley
Anglea is our talented Medical Assistant, who works with the entire staff and has been with our practice since 2018. She enjoys traveling and stand-up paddle boarding. She loves the water, outdoors, and spending time with her two sons and husband, and their dog, Xena.
Victor Garcia
Victor is a licensed and certified Surgical Assistant who has been working with our practice for over 20 years. In the mid 1980’s, he graduated as a Surgical Technologist and soon after, was employed at St. David’s Hospital in Austin, Texas. While working there, the surgeons on staff trained him to assist in all specialties of surgery. Since then, he has worked in Denver and Los Angeles as a freelance/employed Surgical Assistant and Technologist. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grand-children and the Lord. His hobbies include music, cycling, hiking, backpacking, and the sailing on the ocean.
CLARISSA WILLIAMS
Clarissa is our surgery scheduler and has been taking care of our patients and making the office laugh since 2021. She has worked in several medical practices, but this is her favorite. When she isn’t at the office, she is a self-professed homebody, and can often be found crafting, working on a DIY home project, snuggling with her pets, or even testing recipes to try on her coworkers. Horror movies are her jam, feel free to share your favorites with her! She and her partner Ben share a mountain home in Pinecliffe.
CLAUDIA TORRES
Claudia is one of our amazing Medical Assistants Who has been working closely with Dr. Maxhimer’s patients since 2022. As one of the youngest employees, Claudia helps the staff keep up with all the latest trends. She spends most of her free time playing video games with her husband, crafting delicious treats for her parrot and hanging out with her parents.
