Boulder Plastic Surgery is owned and operated by BPS (Boulder Plastic Surgery, LLC). BPS collects personal and non-personal information on its site. BPS is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We have created this Privacy Statement in order to describe and explain to users the process of our information collection practice. Since we believe your business is no one else’s, your privacy is important to you and to us. It is our sole intent to protect the information you share with us.
BPS will not sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number or any other information to anyone, unless you have provided written permission.

We use this information to send you updates about your bid request, job order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our service and announcements about new and exciting services that we offer.

HOW CAN I OPT-OUT?
We provide a user with the opportunity to opt-out from receiving updates on new products, services, newsletters, and other promotional materials. The opt-out option may be exercised in the newsletter signup form. You can select not to be contacted in the future if you wish to not receive any information with respect to BPS and our services. If you choose to not receive communication from us, you will have to resubmit your contact information and permissions with us, through the same newsletter signup form. DOES BPS’S PRIVACY POLICY APPLY TO LINKED WEBSITES?
Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collection practice on Boulder Plastic Surgery. This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that BPS has no control or influence over the privacy practices of such other sites.
