Vivace, what is it?

Vivace is a next-generation device that combines two treatments in one, radiofrequency and microneedling. The treatment has minimal downtime and is very comfortable. Microneedling creates a tiny injury in the skin to stimulate collagen, radiofrequency provides heat which leads to tighter, younger-looking skin.

Treatment targets the following:

  • Improves fine lines
  • Tightens skin
  • Minimizes appearance of scarring
  • Minimizes pore size
  • Improves skin texture and tone
  • Corresponding red LED (stimulate collagen) or blue LED (disrupts acne bacteria)

Does it hurt?

We can apply numbing cream for 30 minutes before treatment for a comfortable patient experience. Patients that are nursing or patients that do not like topical numbing are able to tolerate the treatment without numbing as well.

How long does the procedure take?

Treatment takes about 60 minutes for face and neck, larger areas take longer, 30 minutes are added for numbing.

What is the recovery time?

The day of the treatment, you will have mild to moderate redness. In the following days, this will lessen, by day 3 you will look normal, but remember the skin is still healing.

How many treatments do I need?

Most physicians find that 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart provide optimal results for patients.

Can I wear makeup?

You will leave with an aftercare Boost Glide serum and Mask. We recommend waiting 24 hours before make-up. Additionally, abstinence from the sun for 2 weeks and 24 hours from working out and you are well on your way to maximizing your result.

Also, if you have had filler in an area that you want to be treated with Vivace, wait 6 months before your treatment.

How long do results last?

Everyone is different, the collagen you make is your own and continues to accelerate production over 3 months. Results improve over time.
